Like the wolves in Yellowstone, whose return allowed an ecosystem to flourish, WOLF offers the stage to two women as the beginning of the Wild Woman’s rewilding; the intuitive, instinctive, and creative feminine. We may have forgotten her name, we may not answer when she calls ours, but in our bones we know her, we yearn toward her; we know that she belongs to us, and we to her.

What Falls Doesn’t Always Land is a duet exploring displacement, survival, grief and the fragile bond between two people searching for balance in an unstable world. Through physical partnering and shifting states of support, the work reflects on what happens when home disappears and identity must be rebuilt. It asks what we carry with us, what we leave behind, and how connection can become both a burden and a form of survival.

Red is a choreographic work that explores destiny through the lens of Eastern and Western cultural paradigms, taking inspiration from the Japanese folk legend Akai Ito ("The Red String of Fate"). In this story, an invisible red thread connects destined individuals across time and space; a metaphor that serves as the foundation for this work. Red transforms the red thread into a symbol of the invisible connections that link bodies, cultures, and temporalities. The work touches on themes of fate, autonomy, intergenerational responsibility, and belonging. RED premiered in Moncalvo, Italy through Orsolina28 Art Foundation’s Call for Creation Fellowship.

Original cast and collaborators: Madoka Kariya, Victor Ketelslegers, and Hiroki Ichinose. The work was co-produced by Orsolina28 Art Foundation and supported and costumed by CHANEL.
